Once you have logged in, go to the Edit Profile page. From there you can edit or update your information file as applicable.

Anytime you enter PrizeRoom.com, you can play the games for FREE. However, to be able to check on your game scores, personal standings in a contest, prize qualification status or to be eligible to actually receive prizes, you will need to provide us with some your personal Information in advance.

To review your individual status relative to the games, contests and prizes, please go to the Scores & Standings page and enter your username and password.

If you desire to stop playing PrizeRoom?s or our sponsors? games and want to remove your name from our secure contestant lists, please send us an email requesting that your name and information be deleted from our "active" files. Email: support@prizeroom.com

IMPORTANT: When requesting that an account be deleted, in your email you must include the username you used to register with PrizeRoom.

LOSS OF STANDING: Upon submitting a request to cancel participation in any game or upon submitting a request to cancel your participation in PrizeRoom, any of its members? clubs, its PrizeRoom Store, or its sponsors? games or contests, you will no longer be eligible to qualify to earn prizes, PrizeRoom Points, special value offers, coupons or any other forms of enhanced services. Any prizes or added values, including pending prize awards, frequency of use discounts, PrizeRoom Points, sponsor bonuses and time on site, score accumulation and referral bonuses and/or other special offers will be forfeited.
